JOINING TWO PARTS
The two machines pictured below use feeding systems to join two simple parts.

SCREW AND BODY

This machine incorporates two feeding systems, and outside orienter and an eight position index table  to join a screw with an oblong body.  The system is controlled with a PLC and uses a programmable LCD operator interface.

This machine joins a bearing and bushing and feeds the output to our customers assembly machine.  It consists of two feeding systems with hoppers, an index table, a small press to push the two parts together, and an unloading station.  An operator fills the supply hoppers with bearings or bushings and the machine fills and output tube with properly oriented assemblies.
