These units, together with a custom designed track, offer a trouble free way of conveying
oriented parts from feeders, magazines, etc., in a straight line. They feature
fiberglass springs and vertical isolators. Since there are no rubber feet, track
alignment to auxiliary equipment can be more closely maintained. Horizontal drive
units come in the Mini Series for most applications and the S Series for large or heavy
parts.

- The design and mounting of the track is important.
- The overhanging section of the track must be rigid enough not to flex and
inhibit the feeding action.
- Heavier and longer tracks than those in the tables can often be used.
- The drive unit should be attached to a solid non-vibrating surface.
|
- Units are furnished with standard controllers for 115 Volt only, 50 or 60 Hertz
operation.
- They are available with or without tracks.
- For guaranteed performance, these units with your mounted track should be tuned at the
factory.
