The HS400 drive unit combined with the 30" Nail Bowl provide the fastest Nail Feeding systems in the world. More than 1000 units are used all over the world by most major nail manufactures.
The bowls maximum feed rates for round head smooth shank nails are in excess of 3000 ppm. The standard version will feed round or notch head nails and screws with smooth, spiral, or ring shanks and is adjustable for various shank diameters to 1/2" (12.7mm) and lengths to 5" (127mm). A special version High Speed Nail Feeder with rounded rails will also feed "D" head nails.
The Nail Feeder is available with either a 120V or 240V drive and is controlled by a variable frequency drive unit that can be run on 50 or 60Hz power systems.
